Court: Man Fined For Illegally Breeding Dog
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Nov 18], 59-year-old Friswell’s Hill Devonshire resident Joao Botelho pleaded guilty to illegally breeding a Yorkshire Terrier.
The Crown Prosecutor told Magistrate Archie Warner that responding to information, Animal Wardens had visited Mr Botelho’s residence where they found three Yorkshire Terrier puppies.
Magistrate Archie Warner convicted Mr Botelho and fined him $400.
