Court: Pair Deny Offences Under Dogs Act
In Magistrates Court, Mr Tyler Wilkinson, 33, and Ms Tracey Wilkinson 55, were charged with committing multiple offences under the Dogs Act, with the defendants pleading not guilty to all the charges.
The charges alleged that between a date unknown and March 2015, they kept multiple pitbulls at their Southampton residence.
The Magistrate set trial for February and granted bail at $1,000 for each defendant.
