Muse Chef “Most Popular” At Restaurant Weeks
The Bermuda Tourism Authority [BTA] presented its 2016 Restaurant Weeks People’s Choice Award to Muse’s Executive Chef Enworth Davis, after the chef proved “most popular at providing a Bermuda-inspired menu and dining experience during Restaurant Weeks,” according to a public poll and food reviewers.
Muse also won the title last year. Runners up for 2016 included Executive Chef Chad Mitchell of Red – a finalist last year – and Chef Zaid Khan of Pickled Onion.

Congratulations to Mr Davis; I have eaten at Muse many a time and have yet to be disappointed.
I’ve never been disappointed with the food but have continuously been let down with the lack of service… 2 hour wait for my meal when there are only 2 other tables of 2 in the whole place is a bit much.
