BF&M Announce Share Buyback Programme
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited announced a Share Buyback Programme. The filing stated, “BF&M Limited [BF&M] today announced that it will introduce a Share Buyback Programme. The Share Buyback Programme will enable BF&M to repurchase, at its discretion, up to 500,000 Common Shares at market prices on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.”
