Court: Woman Denies Threatening Language
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [April 12], a 25-year-old woman denied using threatening language, allegedly telling someone they were an Indian bast***” and to “get the f*** out of my country.”
Ms Ciara Martin plead not guilty to the allegation that earlier this year in St Georges, motivated by antipathy towards another person, she told that person: “You Indian bast****”, ” I’ll get some people to f*** you up” and ”get the f*** out of my country.”
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for June 2016, granted bail at $2,000, and ordered that Ms Martin have no contact with the complainant.
