April 12, 2016

The 2016 Agricultural Exhibition has seen the introduction of online ticket sales through a partnership with Premier Tickets, and if you purchase your tickets online, you will automatically be granted access to the PTix Express lane.

“Tickets will still be available through cash and credit card purchases on each day, they are also available online for advanced order,” a spokesperson said.

“Should you purchase your tickets online, you will automatically be granted access to the PTix Express lane, which will allow you to bypass the lines at each gate.”

What is the admin. Fee? Prefer to avoid an additional $5 PER TICKET which seems to be the norm!

  2. Patricia says:

OK. When I checked to order one adult ticket there was no service charge but two adults was showing a charge of an additional $3.50 and when I had two adults and 1 child it showed an additional $4.50. No thanks. I’ll wait in line.

  3. Jeremy Deacon says:

I would have thought the admin fee was worth every cent if it means you get around the queues

  4. Billy de Kidd says:

service fee is $1.50 a ticket across the board, as far as I can see
    Don’t want it? Don’t use it… geesh

    • PBanks says:

I think that’s standard for PTix, service charge is applied to each ticket individually.

    BAD idea
an event made to bring people together
monetizing and making an economic disparity and inequality where there should be none
This type of thing is only to make a dollar and not in the best interest of making a fair event.

    • Black Soil says:

It must be frustrating going through life being as stupid as you are. I’m sure plenty of people take advantage of you because of that.

  6. Me says:

In the past the school co-ordinators who do all the work getting the entries in and at the place they should be were given a pass – this does not seem to be the case this year??
