Racket Blazers Junior Tennis Tournament Series
Cedar Aviation Ltd. and Grotto Bay Tennis Club have announced that the Racket Blazers 2016 Tournament Series 1 will take place at Grotto Bay Tennis Courts from Friday, April 22 to Sunday, April 24.
Previous Racket Blazers tournaments have focused on 12 and under players only, but this year’s tournament will include Under 14s as well.
The schedule for play includes Red Ball [Under 7s and Under 9s] on Friday, Orange Ball [Under 12s] on Saturday, and Green Ball [Under 14s] on Sunday.
The deadline for entry into the tournament is 5.00pm tomorrow [Apr 20]; applications can be downloaded from the Grotto Bay website.

A spokesperson said, “The Racket Blazers Junior Tennis Tournament Series, in its third year, has been very successful at introducing beginning and intermediate junior tennis players to competitive play. Quick matches that focus on fun helps kids to develop the skills for competition and gain confidence in a low-pressure and friendly environment.
