Video: Manchester City Highlight Goater’s Goal
Manchester City FC highlighted a goal scored by Bermudian Shaun Goater recently on social media, saying that his “first goal against Manchester United in November 2002″ is the Goal of the Day.
One of the best Bermudian athletes of all time, Goater made his international debut for Bermuda at age 17, and scored over 30 goals for the island in international matches. He scored 103 goals in 189 games for Manchester City, who named June 21st as “Shaun Goater Day” in his honour.
