Good luck with witness appeal witnesses are scarred to do the right thing especially in this neighborhood. People there should realize that they are sitting on potentially very valuable real estate can you imagine what the sales and rental values would be in a nice neighborhood that close to town? Wake up right thinking residents your silence is what is holding you back. Government, the corporation and the police can only do so much.
