Last Call For ‘The Color Purple’ Early Bird Tickets
Troika Bermuda has issued a final call for its early bird promotion for tickets for their Work In Progress #6 performance of The Color Purple.
The production will run from August 24th to 27th at The Ruth Seaton James Center for the Performing Arts, with performances at 7.30pm nightly.
A spokesperson said, “Troika encourages the public to purchase their tickets early to avoid disappointment as they anticipate that this year’s show, like the others, will sell out.
“The Color Purple is an inspiring family saga that tells the unforgettable story of a woman who, through love, finds the strength to triumph over adversity and discover her unique voice in the world.

“With a joyous score featuring jazz, ragtime, gospel, African music and blues, The Color Purple is a story of hope, a testament to the healing power of love and a celebration of life.
“The show features an all-star Bermudian cast including Candace Furbert, who will star in the lead role; Celie. Her theatre credits include: Dragon and Fairy Godmother in Shrek [UK Tour], The Book of Mormon / Original London Cast [Prince of Wales Theatre]
“The creative team for this production features direction by Michael McFadden who was also responsible for producing the US National Tour of the show.”
