28-Year-Old Man In ICU After Being Stabbed

A 28-year-old man is in stable condition in the ICU after suffering “serious stab wounds to his torso” during an incident at a residence on Spice Hill Road in Warwick early this morning [June 12].

Police Media Manager Dwayne Caines said, “At approximately 1:55am on Sunday police received a report of an incident that took place at at residence on Spice Hill Road in Warwick.

“Details are still very unclear at the juncture but a 28-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious stab wounds to his torso and presently he is listed in stable condition in the ICU.

“An investigation has now commenced and police will release more information when it becomes available.”

In addition, the police confirmed that the woman injured in yesterday’s collision on South Road in Paget has now been moved to a general ward at the hospital, while the man involved in the collision on North Shore Road is listed in stable condition in the ICU.
