What is being done to resolve the refusal by TCD to license the legally imported CBR150, one man has had to park his passed and insured motorcycle he bought at a licensed dealer 5 years ago and so far the morons running TCD have not sorted it out. I would ride the bike unlicensed and then if ticketed, send the fine to TCD to pay. We can’t have roadside sobriety checks because preventing someones movements is unconstitutional and preventing a drunk from driving off with kids in a car is illegal too, but TCD can refuse to re-license a bike they claim may produce 2 hp above the ridiculous 15hp limit. Meanwhile the Cadillac Escalade, BMW7 series’, Dodge Ram, Jeep Rubicon, turbo Jeeps Compressor Benz are ok. CBR owners get a lawyer and see the ombudsman. Minister of Transport any comment? Solution? Fire all the TCD bosses and hire a new set.
