BTA Shares 2016 “Sizzling Summer Guide”
The Bermuda Tourism Authority [BTA] has shared its 2016 “Sizzling Summer Guide” with the local public, outlining a number of activities and draws available over the summer.
A spokesperson said, “It’s our pleasure to share with the local community the 2016 Sizzling Summer Guide, which has been available to visitors since the start of summer. We hope your readers will enjoy seeing the variety of experiences available to visitors and locals through October.
“We encourage any locals who try the Sizzling Summer activities to post a review about their experience on TripAdvisor. Their contributions will help visitors decide where to spend their money when they visit the island. Almost half of all air visitors to Bermuda check out the reviews on TripAdvisor before landing here.”
The “Sizzling Summer Guide” is available here [PDF], on the BTA website, and below, with hard copies available at Visitor Information Centres.

Can’t believe you didn’t even put Butches on the fish sandwich list…smdh!
Some of these events are TOO expensive, might as well buy a seat sale ticket and have MORE fun.
These locations look like they represent the finalists in last years fish sandwich competition. Art Mels chose not to participate, so they’re not in I guess
It looks pretty nice for paying de CEO $1000,00 a day.
I just hope that the BTA have not put the wrong dates for Cup Match on this!
Bermuda need to put out a swimming warning notice for Florida waters.
All Bermudians in the states need to stay away from the water in Florida because it is deemed unsafe.

Well, Tourism has basically destroyed the cave in Tom Moore’s jungle. Groups of cruise ship tourists are transported there daily (probably at $80 a pop)and taking over the place as if it was theirs. They all slop through the muddy walkway (caused by so many people going and coming out wet into the entrance to the cave) and have added so much dirt that the water is no longer clear. That many people makes it have the feel of a cruise ship hot tub…ie a bacteria soup. No thought given to sustainability….just pack them into sportily decorated vans and keep them coming.
