Football: BFA Announce Cup, League Start Dates
The Bermuda Football Association announced the 2016 Men’s Charity Cup, Dudley Eve Competitions and the starting date for the Premier & First Division.
The Charity Cup will kick the season off on Saturday September 3rd, while the Dudley Eve is scheduled to kick off on Monday September 5th at the BAA Field.
The Premier and First Division League Seasons will kick off on the weekend of September 23rd.
The Dudley Eve Group A consist of the League Champions Dandy Town Hornets, PHC Zebras and the Boulevard Blazers, while Robin Hood, North Village Rams and the Devonshire Cougars make up Group B.

It is hoped that the B.F.A.is better organized at delivering quality service to its soccer supporters and that their referees attend all games punctually.
It is also hoped that the referees are unanimous in their delivery of quality refereeing at the soccer games and follow their F.I.F.A code of conduct books.
There were too many instances, at last season’s games, whereby one referee did one thing while at another game , there were similar irregularities, e.g. soccer players cursing repeatedly, and nothing was done.
That nonsense must stop.
