Clemons Named NAC Soccer Player Of Week
The North Atlantic Conference [NAC] announced its weekly awards and Bermuda’s Willie Clemons — who plays for Thomas College in Maine — has been named NAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week.
“Clemons recorded a goal and an assist in a tough 3-2 double overtime loss to UMass-Boston. The junior’s assist in the 45th minute was the first goal the Beacons had given up this season and his tally in the 74th put the Terriers ahead 2-1. No other team has scored on UMass-Boston this season,” the school said.
