Court: Man Denies Intruding On Privacy Of Girl

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 25-year-old man denied that in July of this year, he had intruded on the privacy of a girl so as to offend her, and did offend her.

The Crown Prosecutor told Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe that the girl was fifteen.

The Senior Magistrate set trial for January 2017, ordered that the man, who cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons, have no contact with the complainant, and granted bail at $2,500 with one surety.
