Court: New Trial Date To Be Set For Edwards
Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments on October 3rd, 34-year-old Ms Kiahna Trott-Edwards was ordered to re-appear at the 1st November Arraignments session where a date should be set for her re-trial.
Last month, the Court of Appeal for Bermuda “set aside the conviction and sentence” of Ms. Trott Edwards, who was previously convicted of the murder of 16-year-old Shijuan Mungal.
