  1. Say Whaat? says:

“a barrier-free place”?!? Um, we’re too small to not have barriers!

  2. I'm just sayin... says:

“Provision allowing students studying overseas and voters abroad for medical treatment to vote in advance by absentee ballots. It is expected this inclusive measure will be in place before the next General Election”

Boy this sounds like I’ve heard this somewhere else…..where could I have heard this before?

    You’ve out PLP’d the PLP!

  4. Bogus Throne Speech says:

Speed cameras you must be kidding me. Goodbye Bermuda you were once a respite, now you are controlled and kept in check. They’ve been allowing high performance bikes and higher CCs on our roads only to penalize you for using them. Police getting paid but technology to do the work. And what’s with ‘will consider allowing’ Cannobinol oil? Stop wasting air on a non-starter we all know the OBA is an ultra Conservative party masquerading as the opposite.

    • Build a Better Bermuda says:

There is one problem with your assertation that the OBA is an ultra-conservative party. In the recent Furbert Bill to ban marriage equality, they were fairly split, while the PLP were almost entirely for the bill, and the majority of the OBA senators voted against it while the majority of the PLP for it. This means the OBA are actually more liberal and progressive than the PLP, and that it is the PLP who are in fact the more ultra-conservative of the 2 parties.

  5. Ha! says:

What, exactly will this community facility at White Hill field consist of? Is there a reason why we are looking to build a new facility in the west end when we already have the Sandys 360 building in place? Would it not make sense to invest that money into getting Sandys 360 up and running again?

  6. Will says:

Why “consider ” decriminalisation when u can full well implement decriminalisation and move on to legalisation..stop being stuck on slow and just do it

  7. Proud Bermudian says:

Can we just have a vote for legalizing cannabis, this is so silly and a waste of time to hire people to see the best plan. If Cancer sticks and alcohol is legal, then herb should definitely be! smh
