Derek your reply to OJ just made my day. That has got to be one of the best to that turkey yet. Unfortunately it probably went right over his head.

I caught a bit of the throne speech on the news the other day, on the street sobriety tests, senior police officers able to shut down a liquor licensed premises where a violation is suspected, a further look at medical marijuana. There were other matters I don,t recall at this moment. The throne speech will be debated by the House in March or Ap ril next year. The general public need to see fairness exercised, having regard for our vu nerable groups especially. If there is no consideration for the average person, then the throne speech and sitting of the House is almost in vain, and concern will be spoken.

So hasty to have immigration reform that benefits expats but when it comes to what needs to be done for immigration that benefits Bermudians it’s always, “we’re gonna”, “we’re gonna”, “we’re gonna”. It must be close to election time again with all the we’re gonnas coming out of these minister’s mouths. Forget about the other party, I voted for yours because of your all your we’re gonnas which I kick myself for now because I realize they meant we’re gonna say we’re gonna but really we’re NOT gonna.
