25-Year-Old Female Visitor In Intensive Care Unit
A 25-year-old female Canadian visitor is in the Intensive Care Unit following a “medical emergency” yesterday afternoon.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 1:20pm on Tuesday, December 20th police officers were dispatched to a reported medical emergency at the Hamilton Princess hotel, apparently involving a 25-year-old female Canadian visitor.
“Details remain limited at this time. However on arrival, EMTs were tending to the young woman.
“She was then taken from the premises via ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and at last check was receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit.
“Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding this reported medical emergency continue.”
