Classic Bike Club To Host Annual Charity Ride
The Bermuda Classic Bike Club will be holding their annual charity bike ride on February 26, with proceeds going to the Coalition for the Protection of Children.
A spokesperson said, “We will meet at the Portuguese coffee shop that’s next to the Bus Terminal in town. The ride will be starting at 10.00am, so we will be gathering from 9.00am for some chatting and coffee.
“Following that, we will be riding to the west end to east end of Bermuda, then back to the finish line at BAA Club House for some free pizza and a raffle draw. At all of the stop overs, we will be giving you a raffle ticket but you have to finish at BAA to enter.
“This will show if the rider and machine can make it from end to end as some of us will be riding vintage bikes. All bikers with modern bikes are welcome to join in as this is a charity ride and we will be asking for donations.
“There will be ride marshals to keep us safe and ensure we are sticking to the rules of the road.”
