Elijah Daley Breaks National Record Twice
Bermuda swimmer Elijah Daley set a new national record in the men’s 200 metres butterfly final at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, yesterday [July 29].
Daley finished seventh in 2min 01.00sec.
He also broke his previous national record in the heats earlier in the day, placing fourth in his heat in 2:02.97.
Sam Williamson finished seventh in the men’s 400 metres individual medley final in 4:41.91.
