17-Year-Old Moved From ICU To General Ward
The 17-year-old male who was injured in a shooting on Friday night [May 19] in the North Shore/ Glebe Road area has been transferred from the ICU to a general ward at the hospital.
Yesterday, police spokesperson said, “At last check earlier this morning [May 26th] the 17-year-old male shot and injured around 11:15pm Friday, May 19th in the North Shore Road, Glebe Road Devonshire area had been transferred from the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit to a general ward in stable condition. He is expected to be discharged later today.
“The investigation continues regarding this confirmed firearm incident and any witnesses or persons that saw suspicious activity in the North Shore Road, Glebe Road Devonshire area around 11:15pm Friday are urged to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.”
