‘Some Enchanted Evening’ Set For May 13th

The public is being invited to attend ‘Some Enchanted Evening’ — the Bermuda School of Music’s fundraising concert — on Saturday, May 13th at 8.00pm at the Hamilton Princess.

A spokesperson said, “Please join us for the 20th anniversary Some Enchanted Evening, the Bermuda School of Music’s annual fund-raising concert on May 13, 2017, 8:00pm at the Hamilton Princess, Hamilton.

“Big Band is back for the 20th Annual Some Enchanted Evening. Dust off those dancing shoes for a night of toe tapping, ever swinging jazz. Swing night will feature international musicians: Dave Ballou, Albert Rivera and Joe Beaty accompanied by some of your favorite local artists, as well as vocalists Joy Barnum and Melinda Rodriguez, to form a 16 piece ensemble that’s sure to delight. Join us on May 13 to enjoy the music of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington and Tommy Dorsey.

“All proceeds from this event go towards the school’s bursary program.
