Police Confirm Man Dies Following Collision
Police have confirmed that a man has died following a motorcycle collision on Black Watch Pass this evening [Aug 11].
A police spokesperson said, “First responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place on Black Watch Pass in Pembroke on Friday at 6:30pm.
“Details are still emerging but it appears that a 52-year-old man was travelling south on Black Watch Pass, when it appears that he lost control of his motorcycle and hit the curve. As a result the man was taken to the hospital via ambulance where he was later was pronounced dead.
“No further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified.”
