Warwick Academy Swimmers Begin Competing
Warwick Academy Swimmers began competing in the 2018 Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships.
In the First Session which was the Preliminaries Logan Watson-Brown finished 5th in the Women’s 200 Yard Freestyle advancing to the A Final touching the wall in a time of 1:54.96, Skyler Powell advanced to the C Final after she finished with the 21st fastest time of 2:02.07.
During the Men’s 50 Yard Freestyle Sam Williamson finished 26th with a time of 23.22, Caleb Ingham finished 31st clocking 23.58, while Keagan Woolley finished 33rd with a time of 23.59. Lewis Sweeney was 46th stopping the clock in a time of 24.31 and Finn Moseley was 54th clocking a time of 24.62.
The Bermuda Team of Gabriela Pitman, Powell, Taylor White and Watson-Brown advanced to the Women’s 200 Yard Freestyle Relay Final after finishing 8th with a time of 1:41.69.
During the Men’s 200 Yard Freestyle Relay Preliminaries the Bermuda Team of Jesse Washington, Williamson, Brian Desmond and Woolley finished 13th with a time of 1:32.37.
