Swimmers Begin Eastern Championships
Members of Warwick Academy began taking part in the Eastern Interscholastic Swimming and Diving Championships 2024.
Adriana Argent finished 22nd in the women’s 200 yard freestyle clocking a time of 2:00.08 to advance C final, where she finished 3rd touching the wall in a time of 1:58.94. Jorgia White finished 36th with a time of 2:05.98.
During the women’s 50 yard freestyle, Bella Howes finished 21st clocking a time of 25.14 to advance to the C final, while Elanna Fulton finished 33rd touching the wall in a time of 25.73. Howes finished 4th in the C final clocking a time of 25.01.
The Warwick women’s 200 yard freestyle relay team of Howes, Daria Desmond, Fulton, and Argent finished 14th clocking a time of 1:42.70 to advance to the B final, they would finish 5th in the B final clocking 1:42.86.
With a time of 24.73, Logan Jones finished 91st in the men’s 50 yard freestyle, while Alex Wernbo was 105th clocking 25.50.
