Bake Sale To Support Bermuda Netball Team
The Senior National Squad are currently preparing for the AFNA 2018 Netball World Cup Qualifiers, being held in Barbados August 2018, with the U19 Squad preparing for the Canadian Developmental U19 Series in July 2018.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Netball Association is on the move! The BNA National Program is in full swing with our Senior, U19 and U16 Teams training regularly. The Senior National Squad are currently preparing for the AFNA 2018 Netball World Cup Qualifiers, being held in Barbados August 2018, with the U19 Squad preparing for the Canadian Developmental U19 Series in July 2018.
“The Senior National Training Squad will be having a bake sale Saturday March 31st from 1pm to 7pm AT Bernard’s Park in aid of their participation in the AFNA 2018 Netball World Cup Qualifiers. Come Out and Support!!
“Bermuda National Team Player Danielle Raynor, will be off to Ghana, West Africa in July with the ACE It Foundation. The Ace It Foundation [AIF] is a registered NGO in Ghana, co-founded by Bermudian Quinton Sherlock Jr and Nicolo Catto. Their mission is to empower young people in Ghana through education and sports.”

Danielle stated, “I am very interested in this endeavor and giving back by teaching a skill [shooting] that I love doing. I feel honored to receive the invite as Bermuda’s leading goal scorer and also a Bermuda National player!”
