BWS Issue ‘Severe Weather Watch’ For Evening
The Bermuda Weather Service issued a ‘Severe Weather Watch’ valid for this evening [April 11], and a ‘Thunderstorm Advisory’ is also valid for this evening through tonight.
The BWS forecast said, “Strong winds, heavier showers, possible squalls, and isolated thunderstorms are expected as a cold front slowly passes this evening.
“Gusts will be nearing storm force at times through the evening. The front passes before dawn on Thursday and then winds become moderate by Thursday evening.”
