Parliament: Order Of Business For June 8th
Statements on the European Union list of non-cooperative jurisdictions, Solar Photovoltaic Project at the L.F. Wade International Airport, Smart Meters, Bermuda Cybersecurity Strategy, Hurricane Preparedness, STEAM Education in Public Primary Schools, and Training Opportunities for Regulatory Compliance and Fintech Development are due to be delivered in Friday’s session of the House of Assembly, while Bills on the Order Paper include the Health Insurance Amendment [No. 2] Act 2018 and the Defence Amendment Act 2018.
In addition, the Order Paper also notes that the Speaker will administer the Oath and Swearing in of the new Members of Parliament elected in the by-elections which are being held today.
