Court: 51-Year-Old Man Charged With Murder
A 51-year-old man has appeared at Magistrates’ Court in connection with the 2006 murder of Marcus Gibbings.
Cleveland Rogers is charged with the premeditated murder of Mr Gibbings on or about October 25, 2006.
Mr Rogers did not enter a plea to the charge because the matter can only be heard at Supreme Court.
He was remanded in custody by Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo and will reappear at Supreme Court Arraignments in September.
Mr Gibbings, from Trinidad, was 32 when he was found dead in an apartment in Devonshire on October 26, 2006.
