Section Of Queen St In St George’s To Close
The Corporation of St. George would like to advise the public that a section of Queen Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on Thursday [Sept 20] from 6.00pm until 9.00pm.
A spokesperson said, “The Corporation of St. George would like to advise the public that a section of Queen Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 20th.
“The section of Queen Street will be closed due to an event to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Bermuda Perfumery, Queen Street will only be closed to vehicular traffic as far as the Bermuda Perfumery.
“Residents of Old Maid’s Lane will be able to exit the area as normal, residents of Pilot Darrell’s Square will not be able to exit via Taylors Alley, but will need to exit via Printer’s Alley.
“The Corporation would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this short road closure may cause.”
