Photos/Video: Makin Waves Lobster Tournament
Makin Waves hosted their 21st official lobster tournament today [Sept 2] with approximately 100 divers taking to the waters around the island. The event was co-sponsored by Goslings, Maui Jim sunglasses and Spar Yard Marine solutions. The heaviest lobster recorded at the event was 9 lbs 8 oz.

Lobster Terriers was the top boat team while True Bermuda placed second, Ponyo was third and Loose Noose rounded up the top four teams. Joshua Crockwell, Scott Amos and Tom Steinhoff were the top male winners while Rachel Wilks, Laura Law, Chelsea Trott and Natalie Dryli were the top female winners.
