Princess To Offer Tea & Perfume Combinations
Hamilton Princess & Beach Club have partnered with local perfumery, Lili Bermuda, to deliver a new, one-of-a-kind afternoon tea experience.
A spokesperson said, “The signature afternoon tea at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, popular with visitors and locals alike, has undergone a seasonal update with a scented twist. Guests will be offered a selection of seven tea and perfume combinations, which have been carefully paired together and accompanied by complementary sandwich and pastry offerings.
“Crown & Anchor servers have undergone training from Lili Bermuda Perfumer, Isabelle Ramsay-Brackstone to learn about the notes in both the perfumes and the accompanying teas and how they complement or contrast one another. They will be on hand to make suggestions about which combinations might best suit guests and can provide perfume samples to help make their decision.
“Amongst the classic tea offerings are new additions, Hibiscus Island Iced Tea [paired with Lili Bermuda’s Calypso fragrance] and Princess Diana’s Pink Iced Tea [paired with Lili Bermuda’s Pink fragrance] – marking the first time that iced tea has been offered as part of the afternoon tea menu at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.
“The afternoon tea is for everyone, with two unisex options available from the perfume menu: the aforementioned Calypso, which has notes of Neroli, Seagrass and Bermuda Loquat, designed to stir up memories of Cup Match, and Southwater with elements of Coconut Milk, Juicy Guava and Sea Salt [served with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding Blend].
“In addition to the teas, guests will be treated to a selection of finger sandwiches and sweet treats – a combination of classic staples, such as Plain and Chocolate Scones and Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese sandwiches, and carefully curated new offerings, designed to enhance the sensory experience. These new offerings include a Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake and a Lavender Raspberry Tartlet.
“Following their afternoon tea, guests will leave with a small gift bag containing a sample size vial of their selected perfume to take home.”
