Storm & Falcons Play In Second Game Of Finals

November 25, 2018

Storm avoided elimination, while Falcons were left to rue an opportunity lost as the former upstaged their favoured counterparts 63-58 in Game Two of the best-of-three final series for the Bermuda Basketball Association Elite City League championship.

Gershon Kurt showed up big for Storm at a crucial moment, pouring in 25 points to lead the scoring for Storm, who defeated regular season champs Panthers to make it to the finals.

Meanwhile, Gakai Clarke went even better points-wise with 27 points coming off his fingertips, but in a losing effort.

The two franchises now meet in a do-or-die clash on Monday at Bermuda College [6.45 p.m.] to decide the title and with such, bragging rights for the next year.
