Evans Continues Competing In Sail Melbourne
It was another late day of sailing on the penultimate day of Sail Melbourne International with only the Finn, Nacra 17/15, Opti and BicTechno classes getting some racing in.
Melbourne’s current weather system made for another challenging day with race delays, with storm fronts passing through and causing fleets to rush ashore and with the morning’s fleets cancelled for the day subsequently.
Bermuda’s Rockal Evans took to the water yet again for Race Day Three.
Evans moved up four places in the Finn Class, he would come off the water in 17th place after two races on the day, Evans would finish 15th in the first race and then he would cross the line 12th in the second race to finish with 52 Net Points after five races in total.
