Anthem Of The Seas Diverts For Sick Passenger
The Royal Caribbean cruise ship Anthem Of The Seas is approaching the east end of the island tonight [Jan 16] to transfer a passenger who has taken ill.
A Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre [BMOC] spokesperson said, “Anthem of the Seas inbound to Bermuda this evening for medical evacuation of a 77 year old female passenger suffering from a respiratory illness.
“Pilot boat St. David will rendezvous with vessel at 10:45 pm for patient transfer ashore and transit via ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.”
