Video: Bermuda Tourism Outlook Forum
[Updated with PDF] The Ministry of Tourism & Transport and the Bermuda Tourism Authority are hosting a forum this afternoon [Feb 20] to provide tourism stakeholders with an industry outlook for 2019.
The event is described as a discussion about the challenges and opportunities in the year ahead, including how stakeholders can approach them collaboratively.
Update: The BTA debuted this video today, which will serve to help “promote the island as a sought-after destination for events, meetings and conferences”
The BTA previously said, “Minister of Tourism & Transport Zane DeSilva and Bermuda Tourism Authority Chief Executive Kevin Dallas will be the main presenters.Their addresses will be followed by a panel discussion, allowing the audience to participate in industry dialogue with their questions.
“In addition to Minister DeSilva and Mr. Dallas, the panelists will include: Kendaree Burgess, Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive, Nathan Kowalski, Anchor Investments Chief Financial Officer, and Tim Morrison, Bermuda Hotel Association President
“Airlift forecast, cruise calls schedule, the National Tourism Plan and upcoming events are among the topics up for discussion.”
