In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Ascendant Group Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, the company repurchased 5,123 common shares at an average price of $20.00 on 13 March 2019. The Company advised the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
