21-Yr-Old Man In Stable Condition After Collision
A 21-year-old male motorcyclist hurt in a collision with a car yesterday morning [April 15] in Devonshire is recovering in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital, according to police.
A police spokesperson said, “At last check this afternoon [April 16th] the 21-year-old male motorcyclist hurt in a collision with a car around 7:55am Monday, April 15th on North Shore Road in Devonshire – at the junction with Loyal Hill Road – was recovering in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital.
“Apparently the car driver involved, said to be a 29-year-old Warwick woman, was not hurt.
“It appears that the collision occurred as the motorcyclist was traveling west along North Shore Road and the car driver was attempting to exit Loyal Hill Road on to North Shore Road.
“Inquiries continue and any witnesses that have not already come forward are asked to call Constable Jordan Basden on the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
