Ascendant’s March 2019 Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Ascendant Group Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of March 2019 the company repurchased 60,908 common shares at an average price of $20. The Company advised all 60,908 shares have been cancelled.
