Fantasy & Electric Island Events On May 23 & 24

Fantasy Island and Electric Island, a two-day event headlined by Walshy Fire of Major Lazer on White’s Island, is set to be held on May 23 and May 24 respectively.

A spokesperson said, “Fantasy Island is a two-day event this year on White’s Island, only just moved to the Bermuda Day holiday. Both nights will be headlined by Walshy Fire of Major Lazer.

“On the night of Thursday the 23rd, we will be promoting a soca vibe called Fantasy Island, then on the following night, Electric Island will feature more EDM and Top 40. Both events are sponsored by Heineken.”

Daniel Woods of Island Event Group said, Locals and tourists alike should be excited for both nights as we look to take advantage of a great opportunity to showcase some premium nightlife over the holiday weekend.

“Both events will be experience driven and we can guarantee that patrons will feel like they have literally entered a fantasy. Walshy Fire is an extremely talented, DJ, MC, and record producer. We know he will be an awesome addition to our versatile local DJ lineups as he has performed all over the world on the biggest stage.”

• Thursday May 23rd
• 10pm to 3am
• Music By: Walshy Fire, DJ Mystro, DJ Jim Brown, DJ Fresh Kid, Fire Wayne
• 40% Soca, 60% Hip Hop, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Top40.Playing the Best in Soca, and Top 40
• $50 regular, and $60 at the Gate
• Patrons will receive a Cup and Holi Powder [So Dress to Fete]
• Food Will Be On Sale
• Boat Leaves from Albuoys Point at 10pm and every 30mins thereafter. Last Boat to Island Leaves 12:30am

Night 2: Electric Island

• Desperado Launch Party
• Venue: White’s Island
• Friday May 24th
• 10pm to 3am
• Music By: Walshy Fire, DJ Rusty G, Milk N Money, DJ Pow
• 30% EDM, 70% Top 40
• Early Bird Tickets $35, and will increase at the Gate
• Food Will Be On Sale
• Boat Leaves from Albuoys Point at 10pm and every 30mins thereafter. Last Boat to Island Leaves 12:30am
