Ain’t no love in Bermuda, a senior guest to our country was forced to tears by a magistrate threatening her with prison time for a personal amount of cannabis she uses for health reasons, she was fined heavily then told to tell the east coast of America we treat “drugs” seriously, to which the lady said she will never return. Yet a quick glance at the treatment of people perpetrating serious violence among other bad offenses (VIP DUI) in our courts would leave people scratching their heads at the farce that has been going on unchallenged for years. Some drugs are illegal but homosexual relations were made legal 25 years ago and nobody is jailed for getting married to a same sex partner. We have a lot to do.
