‘Pink’ Exhibit Set To Open On June 14
An exhibit titled ‘Pink’ will open at Gallery One Seventeen in Hamilton on Friday [June 14], with the works to remain on display at the Bermuda Arts Centre through August.
A spokesperson said, “This is a Bermuda Arts Centre’s members show, and work in all media with pink as the theme will be on display and for sale. When you think of pink you often think of Bermuda Pink and go straight to our beaches, but our artists have come up with interesting works with everything from flamingos to abstract.”
“It will be a fun night, and we are encouraging everyone to wear pink to our opening. The person that attends with the best pink outfit will receive a 6″x6″ painting by Michele Smith. The opening of the show is at Gallery One Seventeen. The show will then be moved to The Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard where it will remain hanging through August.
