Armstrong Wins Season 5K Invitational Opener
Nathan Armstrong won the 2019 Season Opener Invitation Cross Country Meet at Darlington Park in New Jersey.
Competing in the Boys 5K Varsity C Division, Armstrong representing Pompton Lakes High School clocked a time of 16:26, winning the race by 35 seconds.
Jesus Michel was second in 17:01 and Nick Bua was third clocking 17:02.
As a team Pompton lakes finished 6th with 62 points.
