Catherine Burns Joins The Waterfront Group
The Waterfront Group has hired Catherine Burns as Assistant Vice President of Nutrition, Wellness and Community Health, with the vision of integrating wellness across all facets of the businesses, which includes The Waterfront Properties and Marina, The Waterfront Residences, Miles Market, Harry’s, PW Marine, Tone Zone and Hawkins Island.
Ms. Burns is a Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years experience in the field. She is the owner of Natural Nutrition, the President of the Bermuda Nutritional Therapy Association and has created popular health programs, such as Nutrifit and Beat the Couch. In addition, Ms. Burns regularly contributes nutritional advice to The Royal Gazette. Ms. Burns will maintain Natural Nutrition and the Nutrifit program under the umbrella of the Waterfront Group, incorporating them into a new, exciting range of wellness projects offered by the company.

Working within The Waterfront Group, Ms. Burns will be able to extend her community reach and will be focused on nutrition education, building on her existing programs that have ranged from working with children in schools, to companies that want to promote health and fitness in the workplace.
