BBA Elite City League: Lions & Warriors Win
It was yet another double header as the Bermuda Basketball Association’s Elite City League continued inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium, with the night producing a total of 189 points.
Game 1 saw the RLT Lions defeat the Falcons 44 – 41. Eric Lambert led the RLT Lions to victory with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals, while the Falcons were led by Jason Gonsalves who had 17 points, 2 rebounds and 4 steals.
Game 2 saw the Warriors defeat the Fort Knox Panthers 54 – 50. The Warriors got a game high 15 points from Darae Smith who also had 8 rebounds, 2 assist and 2 steals, while the Panthers were led by Jorel Smith who had 10 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal.
