Nicholas Narraway Stays Ninth In Redlands
Nicholas Narraway stayed in contention for a top-ten finish at the Redlands Bicycle Classic after navigating a fast and technical Downtown Criterium on stage four.
Riding for Competitive Edge Racing, Narraway remained well positioned near the front throughout the one-mile circuit and avoided trouble in a large, tightly packed field.
A group of 94 riders finished together, all given the same time as stage winner Jim Brown, who clocked 1hr 30min 54sec. Narraway crossed the line in 67th place.
Narraway sits ninth overall with a total time of 6:07:27, 59 seconds behind race leader Eric Brunner, who leads on 6:06:28.
The race concludes with the final stage.
