Annual Charity Christmas Tree Event On Dec 3
The annual Charity Christmas Tree Event will be staged on the upper level of the new extension in Washington Mall from December 3 until after the holiday.
A spokesperson said, “The Charity Christmas Tree Event will once again be staged on the upper level of the new extension in the mall from December 3 until after the holiday. This is our sixth year and this year we are looking for charities that focus on the environment and animals.
“The only thing we ask is that you must be a registered charity. We will have 10 trees available and each charity will decorate them with as much creativity and design as they wish.
“The decorating night will be on Monday, December 2, which gives the charity an opportunity to get their volunteers together to decorate the tree. The tree must be fully decorated by the end of the night. If you are charity that falls into this category, you can email suzanne@tbinet.bm to apply.
“Deadline for all applications will be on November 29. The best part is the prize is a donation to your charity. All 10 charities will automatically get a $750 donation.
