BC Journal: Voices In Education Expands Access
Bermuda College’s BC Journal: Voices in Education was recently invited to be included in the University of Florida’s Digital Library of the Caribbean.
“The achievement was made all the more gratifying because the university cited the Journal’s quality, and academic contributions as a factor in its decision to include the scholarly publication,” the College noted.
This additional point of access for the Journal will expand its reach and readership to new academic and scholarly audiences, according to Ms. Ru-Zelda Severing, president of the Journal Committee.
“By doing so, it fulfils our aims to heighten awareness of current trends, encourage discourse and practice, challenge thinking, and widen and strengthen the scope of research in education,” she said.
The BC Journal was first conceptualised eight years ago. The Committee recently completed production of its fifth volume.
